SKILLS operates across Singapore and Malaysia. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore — including to Malaysia or to overseas service providers — we will ensure the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, in accordance with the Transfer Limitation Obligation.

As President of SKILLS Singapore, Riduwan is committed to the organisation’s mission of empowering lives through knowledge and lifelong learning.
