Every participant begins with KLAP, a 6-month structured foundation programme. From there, you move into the pathway that fits your goals. Community stays with you throughout.

KLAP — Knowledge for Lifelong Learning

Your starting point. Six months of structured learning covering mindset, digital literacy, and financial confidence — leading directly into an employment or income pathway.

DSP — Distinguished Speakers Programme

Real stories from leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. Curated events featuring people who have built, recovered, and thrived, sharing the lessons that matter most.

TIP — Top Initiative Programme

An internal community exclusively for SKILLS participants. A safe, structured space to practice speaking, build confidence, and find your voice, step by step, with full peer support.

I spent six years raising my children and stopped thinking of myself as someone with anything to offer professionally. SKILLS helped me see that differently. The coaches never made me feel behind or less capable. They helped me figure out what I was good at — and how to communicate that to employers. I am not fully there yet. But for the first time in years, I know exactly where I am going.

After 22 years in the same company, losing my job felt like losing my identity. I had been through training programmes before that led nowhere, so I was sceptical. I completed KLAP six months ago and started my new role three weeks after graduating. It is a proper job — with CPF, structure, and a team. But more than the job itself, what KLAP gave me was a way of seeing my own capabilities that I had never had before. The digital literacy modules were harder than I expected, but my facilitator never let me give up. I am genuinely proud of what I built in those six months.

I had been selling home-baked goods for years but never knew how to make it a real business. KLAP's micro-business pathway gave me the structure I was missing — how to price properly, set up my online store, and manage what I was earning. Within three months of graduating, my monthly income had doubled. I still find it hard to believe. But the numbers are real, and they are mine.

I joined KLAP because I needed direction. I joined TIP because I had things I wanted to say but could not find the words for them. By the time I finished both, I was the one encouraging others to apply. My confidence changed. My communication changed. My prospects changed.
