You have more to say than you think. TIP gives you the space to say it.

TIP is SKILLS’ internal confidence-building community — a safe, structured space created exclusively for participants. No pressure to perform. No judgment. Just consistent, supported practice that builds your voice, your presence, and your readiness — one step at a time.

Small groups · 6–12 members

No pressure. No judgement.

Knowledge isn't enough on its own.
Confidence is what makes it count.

You might have the skills. You might even have the plan. But if speaking up feels difficult — in a job interview, in a team meeting, in front of a client — the opportunity passes. TIP addresses the gap that most programmes don’t.

"I know what I want to say — I just freeze when I have to say it in front of others."

"I have ideas, but I don't feel confident enough to share them — I worry people won't take me seriously."

"I've been told I need to be more confident — but nobody ever showed me how to actually build it."

Confidence is not a personality trait. It is a skill. And like every skill, it is built through repeated, supported practice — in a space where you feel safe enough to try. That is exactly what TIP provides.

How TIP works
Structured. Supportive. At your own pace.

TIP runs as a regular series of guided sessions — small groups, structured activities, and peer support that builds on itself over time. There is no performance. There is no test. There is only consistent, gradual growth.

Small-group discussions

Guided conversations in groups of 6–12. A structured topic gives everyone a starting point — so you never have to figure out what to say from nothing.

Sharing and reflection

Participants share thoughts, experiences, or ideas. No right or wrong answer. The goal is simply to practise expressing yourself — out loud, with others listening.

Peer encouragement

TIP is built on support, not critique. Members encourage each other, recognise each other’s growth, and create a community where progress is celebrated — not compared.

Increasing confidence

Each session builds on the last. You start with what feels comfortable — and gradually, what felt difficult becomes natural. That is the TIP process.

Clearer self-expression

As your confidence grows, your ability to communicate ideas clearly, directly, and with presence grows with it — in every situation.

Progress at your pace

Nobody is rushed. Nobody is left behind. TIP is designed to meet you where you are — and support you forward from there.

Common concerns

If you're hesitating, you're probably exactly who TIP is designed for.

"I'm too quiet. I'm not the kind of person who talks in groups."

TIP was created specifically for people who feel this way. Quiet people are often the most thoughtful — and TIP gives you the environment to let that come through. Nobody expects you to be loud. We only ask you to show up.

"I'm worried about saying the wrong thing or being judged."

There are no wrong answers in TIP. The entire environment is structured around encouragement and support — not performance or assessment. What you share stays within the community.

"I don't think I have anything interesting to say."

Your experience — whatever it is — is worth sharing. TIP exists because we believe every person has something valuable to contribute. You might be surprised what comes out when the space feels safe enough.

Who TIP is for
TIP is exclusively for enrolled SKILLS participants.

TIP is an internal community programme — available only to individuals currently enrolled in a SKILLS programme (KLAP or otherwise). If you are not yet enrolled, start with KLAP to become eligible. TIP is part of your wider SKILLS journey, not a standalone programme.

Currently enrolled in KLAP or a SKILLS programme

TIP is part of your broader journey — not separate from it.

Want to build communication and confidence

Whether preparing for employment, entrepreneurship, or simply personal growth.

Ready to engage — even if feeling nervous

You don’t need to feel confident to join. You just need to be willing to try.

Committed to supporting others as you grow

TIP works because the community lifts each other. Your presence matters to the people around you.

Your voice is already there.
TIP helps you find it.

You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to show up. The rest happens inside the room — with your community beside you.
