You've been trying to move forward. This is the structure that gets you there.

6 months · Twice weekly
In-person, community-based
Does this sound like you?
KLAP was built for people who are ready to change — but need the right starting point.
You want stable employment but aren't sure how to get there from where you are now
Your skills feel outdated and the job market feels harder to enter than it used to be
You've attended workshops before — but nothing gave you a clear path to real, lasting income
You're thinking about starting a small business or income stream but don't know how to make it viable
You're motivated to improve your situation — but need structure, guidance, and someone in your corner
The challenge is rarely a lack of effort. It is knowing where and how to begin. KLAP gives you that starting point — and the structure to see it through.
What you'll learn
Six months. Four areas. One clear direction.
KLAP is delivered twice a week over 6 months. Each module builds on the last — so by the time you complete the programme, you have a foundation that employers and income opportunities actually respond to.
Mindset and personal readiness
Reset how you think about your own potential. Build the resilience and self-belief that makes every other skill work better. This is where real change starts.
Digital literacy and tools
Learn the digital skills employers and customers expect — from basic workplace tools to digital communication, online platforms, and practical applications for work or business.
Financial literacy and planning
Understand how to manage income, budget effectively, and build financial habits that support long-term stability. Essential for both employment and self-employment.
Pathway preparation
Prepare for your next step — whether that’s entering the workforce or starting your own income stream. Build a clear plan with guided support and readiness assessment.
What comes after KLAP
KLAP is the foundation.
Your pathway is what comes next.
At the end of KLAP, you choose the pathway that fits your goals. You’re not left to figure it out alone — your coach helps you decide.
